  Pros: lots of equipment, friendly staff, sauna, movie cardio room, free classes (spin, yoga, and more), usually not over crowded.
  
  cons: some older equipment and staffed hours on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are only in morning to early afternoon.

  I gave this place 4 stars until after several complaints to management from me and former members about Shirley in the mornijng daycare being absolutely negligent to our children and the management doing absolutely nothing about it. .. Me and my family took our business elsewhere. The staff up front are awesome. The night and Friday morning day girls are great. But it's truly an inconvenience for me and my family to have to go in so late to avoid Shirley. So we left.
